Heather was at Turlock Fitness Club where the owners are needing to move after 33 years and are trying to save the Gym  and need space. Heather was learning more about Youthbuild San Joaquin where they will help students in need build walls, as well as give them life skills.


Kevin was with Employees of Western Health Advantage who have teamed with American Heart Association asking Sacramento to Lace Up for Heart Health on National Walking Day

Marianne shared how to melt butter in a hurry. Waffle Iron Wednesday was back and today Marianne made Corn Dogs
