Nha was at the New VA Mather Medical Center that is now open. Nha was with Rusty at Rockler Woodworking and Hardware Rocklin for National Woodworking Month where you can take classes starting this Saturday.

Julissa was previewing the Perfect 365 App in App of the Week.

Courtney was Checking Out Oakland A's Gear as they take on the Chicago White Sox Tonight at 7:05pm.  Courtney was checking out Giants Gear as the Giants are opening their season with a game against the Brewers. Courtney was Checking Out Eco-Friendly Family Products. Courtney had her Post ACM Awards Fashion Forum.

Today on Good Day Heather was with Aggie Bonpua-Alba  who created Soulmate Wines with a vision. She was very close to her brother, Louie. Sadly, Louie passed away from Leukemia a few years ago. The two were so close, Aggie considers Louie her soulmate. This is how she came up with the name “Soulmates Wines.” A portion of all proceeds are donated to the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society.

Ken's Manly Minute: 8 Things You Should Never Have To Say To A Grown Man
There is a set of rules society has non-verbally agreed to that we should all abide by. We are forgiving of children who are still learning and rebellious teens who should know better but don’t act better. By adulthood, a man should not only be aware of these rules but he should be following them without question. When a man breaks these rules, he needs to be told to straighten out, for his benefit and the benefit of all those around him. Unfortunately, I’ve often found myself in an official position of having to tell an employee that their behavior was unbecoming and inappropriate. Below is a list of obvious social rules that I have, in every instance, actually had to tell a guy they need to follow. Clean yourself up. Dress appropriately. Stop talking. Apologize. Flush the toilet.
