Inside Out Breaks Records / @Markatthemovies Episode 299 Highlights
Week of 6/20/2015 - 6/21/2015
Box Office Report:
With a $34 Million Plus opening Friday Inside Out appears to be heading right for Jurassic Park (World) to take the Number 1 Spot from it this 3rd weekend of June. The newest Pixar movie has a wide range of emotions all playing in the head of Riley played by Kaitlyn Dias The movie also stars Amy Poehler Bill Hader and Mindy Kaling But don't worry Jurassic World is continuing to break the Box Office Record even should it end in the #2 slot as indications suggest. With Inside Out doing so well that also means others movies will shift in the box office this week with what appears is Spy Movie falling to 3rd. One more new movie this week DOPE starring A$AP Rocky Tony Revolori, Kiersey Clemons and Blake Anderson Directed by Rick Famuyiwa appears to heading for a 4th place finish which is a very nice spot for it. Meaning if estimates are correct San Andreas will round out the top 5 when the Official totals are released Monday. I will have a second update tomorrow but this is according to my source this week at this time.
Sunday Update:
Last night Inside Out was clearly heading for #1 and may still do so when all's said and done but for now Jurassic World appears to be continuing it's Box Office Smash but Inside Out also broke box office records. Jurassic World is in the lead with an estimated $102,019,000. Inside Out is in the #2 spot with $91,056,000 Spy stayed at 3rd with an estimated $10,500,000 San Andreas was too much for Dope to over take at 4 with $8,240,000 meaning Dope finished 5th with $6,018,000.
