Today's Recap:
Nha was at Himalayan Salt that  has come to the Sacramento region and recently opened its doors on Folsom Blvd.



Ericka was at the Sacramento International Auto Show that is rolling through Cal Expo over the next three-days that will showcase the future and the past of cars. Today is National Reptile Awareness Day and today Ericka was at Sacramento Zoo showing some reptiles that need love too.



Dave was at Sac State University Library Gallery checking out a cool new exhibit of Ann Weber's sculptures made out of repurposed cardboard. Some of the strongest men and women are getting ready to the ultimate competition and today Dave was in Roseville to preview the Hangtown Throwdown.




Courtney was with The Novel Tea creators Sid and Ellen who had a dream and lifelong passion turned into a second career. Sid a single mom and former full-time sac state professor who always put her desire of owning a tea shop on the back burner. Jason Chu and Joe Kye talked with Courtney about a benefit at Clara Auditorium tomorrow Oct 22nd 730pm to benefit My Sister's House.





Julissa was at The Human Bean in Rocklin where from 5am-9pm today only they are donating 100% of their proceeds to Sutter Roseville Breast Health Center. Today on Good Day's High School Kickback Julissa was at Roseville High School before they take on Whitney tonight. Julissa and Bethany talked with a local couple in San Francisco that went to Disneyland for a Proposal.




For most kids, picture day is stressful with the biggest dilemma being what to wear! Today Tina was at Merryhill School with Kaylieann Steinbach a preschooler in Rocklin who is quite the internet hero after mom and dad let her pick out her own outfit for picture day when she wore her favorite SuperGirl costume. Women across the board would agree- there is absolutely nothing flattering about wearing a hospital gown so today on Good Day Tina Wants you to Check This Out The Brobes.




Ken Bethany Courtney and Cody talked with Tyler Perry talking about his latest film,”Boo! A Madea Halloween” in theaters today.



Bethany and Cody talked with Matthew Perry about his 3rd Season of The Odd Couple on CBS.



Cody had 2 Minutes of Mayhem. Cody had Money to Burn. Cody and Bethany talked with Sofia from Sofia's Boutique at Westwood Elementary where students can shop based on behavior and grades and it doesn't cost any money. Most of the items come from donations.
