Dave was on the Historic Lincoln Highway where everyone was invited as Rancho Cordova celebrates the Lincoln Highway and the historic impact this highway has had on our community. Dave was with Morris Animal Foundation as people walked Elk Grove Regional Park for a great cause. Dave was at the new Bailarin Wine Tasting Room at Pavilions Shopping Center where you can taste wine and Insight Coffee.
Kevin was with Hand Pickin Emporium checking out the final day of one huge estate sale to see what was left. Kevin was at the Orangevale Community Center where from 10-3pm the Durga Puja Festival took place. The Durga Puja Festival is an Indian Festival featuring famous musicians from India along with authentic Bengali food and delicacies and elaborate worshipping rituals to life-size idols. Durga Puja is a celebration of the Mother Goddess, and the victory of the revered warrior Goddess Durga over the evil buffalo demon Mahishasura. The festival honors the powerful female force (shakti) in the Universe. Kevin was at Raley Field for Touch‐a‐Truck brought to you by Junior League of Sacramento. Kevin was at St. Rose Catholic Church where they are celebrating Fall with their 60th annual festival.
