Heather was at Zuesters where they guarantee the entire family can get into style for Fall in this one stop shop. Heather was getting a preview of the 9th Annual Ride for Autism, taking place on Sunday, October 9th! Where bikers from all around unite to raise funds and awareness to an amazing cause. Heather was at Dell’Osso who is celebrating its 20th year! From zip lining, to the aMAZing corn maze, kids zone, pumpkin blasters, and so much more



Melissa was with Former Bad Girl Club Star Natalie Nunn learning about her athletic line and transforming bodies with her exclusive No Payne No Gain workout plan. Melissa was with Conner a Pokemon Champ from Fair Oaks


Ericka was learning some Woodworking at Rockler Woodworking and Hardware Rocklin. Ericka was at Quail Glen Elementary School in the Dry Creek School District where the 5th Graders created a School Arcade


The California Capital Airshow takes to the skies over Sacramento this weekend but before that happens today Dave got a preview of the High Flying Action.


Courtney was Checking Out Dr. Brandt Magnetight Age-Defier.  Courtney joined Sherry Torkos, award-winning pharmacist and author of The Canadian Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine, who had some tips on building a natural medicine cabinet to keep you healthy and prepared this fall. Courtney was was DavePops which are basically a non-dairy ice cream-like product. “Its creamy without the cream”. Courtney got a preview of the The Morris Animal Foundation K9 Cancer Walk to raise research funds. Sunday October 9th at Elk Grove Regional Park. Courtney was getting a preview of Up With People taking place Tonight at 7:30PM at Sacramento Memorial Auditorium.


Tina got a preview of the 22nd annual Elk Grove Giant Pumpkin Festival taking place on October 1st and 2nd.


Cody had 2 Minutes of Mayhem. Oktoberfest never gets old at The German Deli! Today Cody was checking out this Sacramento secret that’s been in the same location for 50 years, playing German music 24/7, and shop for everything from house-made sauerkraut to what has to be the stinkiest cheese in town.

At a company training meeting a few months ago, I was introduced to a new co-worker. This guy was extremely motivated and on the ball.
