Heather was at Turlock High School Election Convention. Heather was at Vienna Nursing Rehab who are saying goodbye to Sherry Lynn one of its most dedicated employees after 49 years.

Julissa was in Elk Grove meeting the parents of Sac Republic FC Matt LaGrassa this morning as we are just days away from the first game of the regular season.

Audrey was with Next Move Sacramento who have teamed up with Unitedhealthcare employees and local volunteers to make some special Easter deliveries this week to 1,500 children at eight nonprofit organizations across California.

Today on Good Day Ken was getting a preview of the SN&R Sacramento Area Music Awards (a.k.a. the SAMMIES) is now in its 24th year, celebrating the best in local music. Over the years, the SAMMIES have helped launch the visibility of nationally known artists (think Cake, Deftones and Tesla, etc) but just as importantly they’ve served to recognize up-and-coming musicians, deejays and producers.
