Opening Statement:
Couple of things on my mind today. Last year we heard from & about the Elk Grove mother of 3 posting a photo of herself with her 3 kids asking "What's Your Excuse." Her message is strong and Maria Kang sent her message out again. Is this a sign of Maria wanting to gain more attention to herself or is her message legit? My opinion is both. She went out of the spot light when this controversy went away last year so why not release it again to gain more exposure. The media outlets locally & nationally have picked up on it. So if this is her plan it worked again.
The other thing I wanted to talk about is BART. DECIDE ALREADY!!! STOP holding your customers hostage each day by threatening to strike and then at 11pm or later decide not today. People have jobs, they depend on you to get them to their jobs. Doing what your doing has got to be nerve racking. It is for me and I don't ride it very often.

Final Thoughts:
As you know I will always give credit where credit is due and today while still finishing #2 in my ratings Fox 40 delivered. It might have been in the top 5 of their most entertaining shows. As you can see from the highlights above in their catagory is is pretty full of what I found entertaining. Now keep in mind they did go way too much to Washington for my liking but they did well today.
My58 did okay today as well but did finish 3rd in my ratings.
Good Day Sacramento DOES IT AGAIN! With Marianne spending her birthday week in the state of Washington Ju/Ken have been bringing the show to us in fun fashion. For those like myself missing Marianne I believe she returns Monday following her birthday on Saturday. Amy returned from her mini vacation today looking refreshed and ready. It was also Return of Cody from his well deserved 2 days off first bringing us Bacon Mocha coffee then his own creation and finished his day with Storage Wars, Dave Hester. It was great seeing Mark back in studio from being in the field the first two days this week. Of course Tina, Courtney and Producer Tessa directed us through the 5am hour with #Questionoftheday 5am Club & getting us to work on time in the Good Day Sacramento traffic center. Laura always brings your fun day forecast and delivers the #9amtopic with Ju. Plus Ken's Manly Minute (3). Mark on entertainment and news of the weird is always fun.
