After a week long manhunt with an Amber Alert this all came to a somewhat happy ending. The suspect was fatally shot and Hannah the 16 year old girl wrongfully taken from her father was rescued. Unfortunately Hannah & her dad did lose mom/wife & brother/son after the suspect killed them a week ago by setting his San Diego home on fire. Today's show was fast paced full of action, information and in classic style Good Day Sacramento fun. I really enjoyed Nina staying with the End of Summer Party theme by bringing in different experts each hour. I felt that idea was well thought out and put together. Nina is no rookie now, she is a pro and continues to get better each week. I thought Lori brought good information with her Pinterest ideas of the week. You're right Lori it was enough back to school for 1 day.
It was also nice to see/hear how well Chando's is doing. I was visiting last year when he was on the show to promote his Grand Opening of his new location on Power Inn Road in Sacramento.
