Breast Cancer Foundation. Keller Williams Realty Real Estate Team is hosting their 1st Ever Sweet Dreams Pancake Breakfast. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Sweet Dreams Foundation. Callson Manor Haunted House Scare Park is NOW open and we get a preview today. Ironclad Strength and Conditioning is holding their Strongman/Strongwoman Competition. Celebrating 69 years in Sacramento Relles Florist shows some Halloween DIY. With Soil Born Farms today Social Venture Partners of Sacramento (SVP) KIDS Leaders are teaching kids what Society For the Blind does for our community. Antelope Road Christian-Fellowship is giving away over 6000 pumpkins FREE! Comedy Warriors: Healing Through Humor are back at Tommy T's Comedy Club Rancho this weekend but first they stop to talk to Cody Stark and Melissa. The Melting Pot - Sacramento is celebrating 4 decades in Fondue and 12 years in Sacramento. Taking place October 24th at McClellan Conference Center is the Sacramento Women's Expo Today we get a preview. On a side Note one of the Guest speakers is Good Day Sacramento's own Marianne McClary. Cody and Melissa are getting a lesson on education in the afterlife thanks to acclaimed medium Suzane Northrop  Halloween Candy isn't for your kids anymore. BevMo! is in to show what Beers go best with your Halloween Candy. We learn more about Love One Today Hass Avocados. Beauty and Lifestyle expert Stacy Cox has some beauty products to show us. Leading off our recap Cambi was with 2 businesses who are teaming up for a special cause. Today at Terri Does Desserts are teaming with LuLu Avenue for a great cause to benefit Niki's Panda Nation until 3pm. Cambi was at Sweet Dreams Pancake Breakfast. the Keller Williams Real Estate Team is hosting their 1st Ever Sweet Dreams Pancake Breakfast. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Sweet Dreams Foundation to help provide their first warehouse. Cambi was getting scared checking out Callson Manor which is the most extreme Haunted House Theme Park. Cambi was getting a preview of Ironclad Strength and Conditioning Strongman/Strongwoman Competition as well as a bench press for reps competition.
 
 
 
Tina started her day at Dutch Bros Coffee on Madison Avenue and Auburn Blvd with Matthew Johnson who are collecting new pairs of socks for a good cause to give to the homeless Socktober was created by Socks from the Heart Now Through the end of October. Tina then headed to Rockkin to check out the opening of Rockler Woodworking Hardware store Tina was checking out Active Week at Oakmont of Roseville. Tina finished out her day with The Lady Legendz Softball Foundation (LLSF) who are hosting its 9th annual “Take a Swing at Breast Cancer” Softball Tournament to raise awareness and funds for the Albie Aware Breast Cancer Foundation.

 

Nha who is now back and back on the weekend was checking out Genesis Car Window Tinting who now have 2 locations. Nha was then getting a preview of the DIY Halloween Class at Relles Florist who is proud to announce that they are celebrating 69 years as Sacramento’s Premiere Family Florist. Nha then headed to Soil Born Farms getting a preview of Social Venture Partners (SVP) KIDS Leaders teaching kids what Society For the Blind does for our community. Nha finished her day getting a preview of the Antelope Christian Center Pumpkin Giveaway. With over 6000 pumpkins to choose from and other fun activities this event starting at noon will be fun for the family.

Melissa was talking with The Melting Pot. The Melting Pot first opened in Florida in 1975 and has been locally owned and operated in Sacramento since 2003. 2015 marks their 12th year in Sac and the 40th anniversary of the restaurant concept as a whole. Beauty Expert Stacy Cox joined Melissa with some beauty tips. 



As he normally does Cody Slapped You With Science and had Just Enough Sports So You Don't Sound Silly. Cody was with 2 of the Comedy Warriors who this weekend they are coming to Tommy T’s in Rancho Cordova! The Comedy Warriors: Healing Through Humor, is a show based on five injured veterans embarking on a new and challenging journey – Standup Comedy. Cody was with BevMo in Midtown getting some beer and Halloween Candy pairings. Cody was with Love One Today learning the benefits of family meals go far beyond being social. 



Cody and Melissa got a lesson on education in the afterlife thanks to acclaimed medium Suzane Northrop. Suzane also did a reading on Melissa and it got very emotional and was tough to watch because I couldn't just run to hug her.  Melissa and Cody also got a preview of Sacramento' Women's Expo. taking place next weekend and includes Good Day's Marianne McClary as a Guest Speaker
