Morgan was at Vitality Bowl in Roseville to see what 10,000 calories worth of food actually looks like.  Morgan was checking out Saddle Rock Bar that has just opened. Morgan was at LowBrau who is throwing a Luau tonight.


Kevin was at Woodbridge Elementary School where they rolled out the Red Carpet for the students on the first day.

Youtube Mom Joni Hilton had tips and tricks to Ease your kids back into School. Joni is also teaching a Creative Writing Class Saturday Sept 24 10a-3p at Sierra College for more information call 916-7816280. Julissa met the CONTESTANTS of Reina de las Fiestas Patrias taking place Sept 4th.

Ken showed the Alltrails App and how to find your perfect trail, hike or nature walk and make sure you get there and finish in one piece!! Is it dog and Kind friendly and more

I'm Cute Adopt Me
Today on Good Day Marianne was with Sacramento SPCA for this week's Pet of the Week. This week we met 4 months old Marley Domestic Shorthair Male Cat $85 to Adopt.
Additional Info: Marley is a playful, fun kitten. He’s a little lonely right now because his litter mate just got adopted. He is fixed, microchipped, has his first year of vaccines and is licensed. He is ready to go home. He recently took a special yoga class at the Yoga Seed Collective and had a great time stretching with everyone else. He was too young when he first came into the shelter so went into our wonderful Foster program.
