Melissa was with a local artist who wants to spread the love of art to anyone who finds it. Melissa was with a local health and fitness blogger who has created a must try workout for the ladies! Barre Connect is connecting everything you need to look great this swimsuit season! It’s only fitting we find Mel taking a class set up poolside at Life Time Athletic Fitness in Roseville.

Heather was at The Community Theater of Linden who brought together young actors for a summer theater workshop, and today they get to display their hard with the musical “Twinderella.” Heather was with Lodi Fire Department and hooked them up with breakfast from a local caterer, Elle’s custom catering.

Nha was at Kids Unplugged Inc at Fitness Rangers checking out their kid friendly Summer Fitness Program that has kids active and unplugged from the Internet, IPods and more.

Dave was checking out a unique way to enjoy Lake Oroville, a floating campsite

Cambi was checking out Free Form Factory who builds crazy, high-performance jet skis right here in Rancho Cordova.

Julissa getting a preview of Teatro Nagual with Auditions on July 11, 12, 13, 18, 19.  ulissa was with Rose Zahnn from Healthy Habits Studio with some ideas for Independence Day coming up, it’s the perfect time to take stock of outdoor entertaining accessories and décor, to help the burgers and dogs look as good as they taste. Julissa was with Jordan Davis the NEWLY Crowned Miss Black Sacramento. Julissa was getting a preview of Sparkle Bridal Couture Black Friday Sale taking place Friday July 15th solely dedicated to sizes 14-30.

Roqui was learning more about Get Happy Bay Area by visiting a special meditation group that wants to show you the “art of living” this weekend with help from the world-famous “guru of joy. Roqui was in the bay with a Whole Foods grilling expert to show how we can step up our 4th of July and summer menus with unique and expected things to grill. Roqui was checking out Go Girls Summer Camp which allows girls to Perform in plays and producing, directing, editing, and starring in your own short films.

Courtney was checking out the American Cancer Society Discovery Shop Asian Event.

Cody had 2 Minutes of Mayhem. They played Rumba Beer Pong.
