Today's Preview:
It's FRIDAY!!!! In fact it's the final Friday on September and on today's show we get a preview of tonight's 50 Shades of Funny at Stockton Comedy. If that's not something you want to do you can always go to some heart pumping edge of your seat Endurocross action for the Geico Endurocross action at Sleep Train Arena. It's week 4 of High School Football and that means High School Kickback is BACK on Good Day. Today we head to Lincoln High School to pump up the kids before they take on Union Mine. Justin Herman Plaza in San Francisco is holding the Squash Championships and Roqui is there to cover it. Put on your Best we head to Skatetown in Roseville for the Royal Ball On Ice. We check out Space Day the Traveling Space Museum. We check in on the doctors at Elite Body Sculpting. Farm to Fork is tomorrow but today Country Star Tyler Rich stops by. Debi Kennedy is back with more ideas from Ditch The Drive Thru. Pinterest.... Don’t you think next to each Pinterest picture there should be a disclaimer Its not as easy as it looks in today's edition of Nailed it Melissa and Steph Garcia attempted to do Pinterest idea while Melissa was dressed in a Banana Suit. Melissa then was with Snow White, Cinderella and Elsa who came to life in the first ever Royal Ball at Skatetown this Sunday 2-5pm. Finishing up her day Melissa was with a group of ladies who have been BEST Friends since High School some of the ladies have even been friends since Elementary school and they graduated in 1966 and always get together once a month.
Kristin started her day at Sleep Train Arena as the transformation was underway for Tomorrow's Endurocross Action got underway. This is just not a bunch of riders who don't know each other. She met a family of 3 generations that still race, well the Grandfather doesn't but he is still well involved with his son and Grandson who do race.. Kristin then was at Elite Body Sculpting learning more about a procedure you can have done on your lunch they even did a quick procedure on Kristin in the past and she was living life to the fullest by the next day. The results speak for themselves.
Julissa was at Lincoln High School for the FIRST High School Kickback of the year as Lincoln gets ready for their game vs Union Mine. She even took part in one of the races on top of a mattress. Julissa then took over the desk with Lori for the 9am hour but took time out to talk with Richard Hallmarq and Ari South from Project Runway who are teaming up for an event that our valley and bay viewers can attend this weekend. Trunk Runway Show tomorrow 370 1st Street Benicia 6-10am Meet the designers tonight at 726 1st Street Benicia 6-8pm.
Tina introduced Country Star and Yuba City Native Tyler Rich on the Good Day stage who is in town for the Farm To Fork event Saturday. Tina was then in the kitchen with Debi Kennedy aka Ditch The Drive Thru who was in to show different ways to prepare Pulled Pork - Rule 1 Crockpot. If you have a crockpot you can do a ton of different dishes including pulled pork sandwiches. In addition Debi is offering a challenge to walk 22 Minutes a day to get healthy.
Roqui was at the Squash Championships in San Francisco which is one of the top professional sports tournaments in the world, and it’s being held right in San Francisco at Justin Herman Plaza. She then headed to Secret Society Improv in Union Square to learn more about the art of Improv.

Cody then was on the farm with a group of Elk Grove Ag Student's showing 3rd grade students around the farm.
