Opening Statement:
I want to lead off today by saying Thank you. Thank you to my readers, Thank you to Good Day viewers, and Thank you to Good Day. I don't have final numbers with one day remaining in the month but May has been one of the BEST months for readers for Today in the News. I am humbled and excited about the next month and what is ahead. I can't thank each of you personally but if I could I would.

Also yesterday I talked about the weekend show and Grape Escape. I need to apologize because I was a week ahead of myself. Grape Escape is next weekend not this weekend. I am sorry for the confusion.

7am:
Italian Ice, Crepes and more and Lori tried them all at Sweet and Shavery in Davis. Cambi was at a 100 home Garage sale in Roseville. Christianne was back on the show today learning to play golf at Cache Creek Casino resort. Cody and Amy Skyped with the man from Everyday Miniatures who once made a mini Good Day Set. This time he made the set of Rachel from Friends apartment. Michael Marks was in studio talking Apples. Today's show us yours was Eyebrows for Brooke Shields birthday. Today's #GDSJustCurious was Weirdest Food ever tried.

8am:
Christianne was checking out the Thunder from Down Under at Cache Creek Casino. Cambi was learning how to make sushi. Lori was at Sparkles in Elk Grove learning to groom Eyebrows. Mermaids invaded the studio for the 4th Annual Mermaid Promenade and parade taking place today downtown and finishing at Dive Bar for Adults Only.

9am:
Krispy Kreme came in to talk about Free Donut day and questions of Hidden Donut also got discussed. Melissa also told of Hiddencashsac in Twitter as well. A New York Blogger Stephanie Smith blogged about her sandwiches she made her boyfriend. He said once she reached 300 he would propose. He proposed at 257. Sandwiches or not Stephanie is beautiful and her Boyfriend is very lucky. Lori was in Elk Grove checking out a way to either buy clothes on the cheap or get cash for your clothes at Clothing Revival. Chef Keith was in the kitchen for a new segment called Culi nerdy making Skate Wing (Fish) Cambi was in Rancho checking out Hangtown Motocross. Christianne was checking out the couple Skydiving into Marriage.

10am:
In this hour Christianne talked to the just married Skydiving Couple. Cambi continued from Hangtown. Amy was tasting Summertime Cocktails. Melissa had Hot Headlines. Lori was in Elk Grove checking out the Fun Family event Go Fest.

Today Michael was back in studio first showing and talking about Apples and then a new vegetable Kale Sprouts.

Italian Ice
Today Lori was in Davis at Sweets and Shavery checking out all they have to offer including Crepes and Italian Ice. Never have I had Italian Ice but I have had crepes and both these looked so incredible. If the ice is somewhat healthy I will be trying it out even if it is a small amount and replace it with a meal.

Four!
How GREAT was it to see Christianne Klein back on Good Day Sacramento today. She first was learning to golf at the beautiful course at Cache Creek before investigating a report of Thunder from Down Under.

Thunder
Being the investigative reporter Christianne is she found the Thunder From Down Under at Club 88 at Cache Creek and if you want to do your own investigative reporting head there tonight before they are gone.

Hangtown
If you love heart pumping edge of your seat racing then check out Hangtown Motocross. This 49 year old tradition continues this weekend and today on Good Day Sacramento Cambi was checking out all the racers.

Mermaids
A now Sacramento tradition this weekend celebrates all things mermaids and that included Amy and Cody jumping in on the fun. Cody even road a dolphin as a merman.

I Dooooo!
What says I love you more than jumping out of a perfectly good airplane? That pretty much says it all and today on Good Day Sacramento one local couple and the wedding party skydived into the actual ceremony but did legally marry before jumping out of the perfectly good airplane.

Sunday
Will be such a BIG show. I don't know how they are going to get it all in, in just 4 hours. Make plans for at least 11:31am because following Good Day is Season 4 of The Car Czar. But some highlights for tomorrow included Ask Eleanor, Dishin With Tina, Model Bakery, Nina does Napa and Colin Furze newest creations who is also this weeks Skype guest on Mark at the Movies talking X-Men Days of Future Past. I can't wait for 7am to get here.
