Benefiting Yolo Food Bank today on Good Day Dave G was with Kevin Brown at the Running of Turkeys where there are 1,500 runners, walkers, strollers and talkers out at this year’s Running of the Turkeys–one of Yolo Food Bank’s biggest fundraising events! It was started by the Rogers Family in Woodland as a fun way to promote community involvement and the true spirit of thanksgiving. The proceeds from the event have always gone to Yolo Food Bank and the event is a great way for family and friends to come out, have fun, and get some exercise before filling-up on Thanksgiving goodies.
